A Message from me, the Newbee

Well I guess I've arrived in the age of computers, or I'm trying to. I came across a site on sewing and somehow stumbled into making my blog here (that is, if I'm doing this correct). I came across the sewing post site while looking for emboidery stitches for my crazy quilt project. This has been going on 2 yrs, which is far shorter a time than some of my projects, like the 12 days of Christmas ornaments that stopped on number 7 about 5 yrs ago. I've always admired and enjoyed needle work of all kinds. I come from a 4 generations of quilters and you would think I would know it all. This is hardly the case, I'm 43 and just started quilting last yr. I'm a notive, but I do enjoy it and that is the important reason and why I continue. I belong to a quilting class and have made or started to make about 5 quilts, only completing 1 as to date. Too many ideas and not enough time! I haven't retired and work 40 plus hours a week. If you stumple on to here and would like to share or chat, that would be great....as long as I can find my way back....lol
